Request Data Deletion — Sunship, LLC

This explains how to request deletion of personal data we hold if you're a customer who submitted a lead form or were contacted about solar services.

WHO THIS APPLIES TO
Customers & Leads: Individuals who submitted forms on our website or through Facebook/Instagram Lead Ads, scheduled consultations, or were contacted about solar products and services.

HOW TO REQUEST DELETION
Email support@sunshipsolar.com with subject: "Data Deletion Request."
Include:

The email address or phone number you used with us (required)

Your full name (optional but helpful)

If you're an authorized agent, attach proof of authorization (e.g., signed letter or power of attorney)
VERIFICATION
We'll verify your identity (for example, by confirming you can receive a code at that email or phone) before processing the request.

WHAT WE DELETE

Lead records and form submissions (website and Meta Lead Ads)

Contact details stored in our CRM and marketing tools

Appointment entries tied to your contact details

Associated analytics identifiers where practical
WHAT MAY BE RETAINED
We may retain limited information needed to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud/abuse, or maintain security logs. Anything retained is minimized and access-restricted.
TIMING & CONFIRMATION
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30–45 days (or faster where feasible) and will send confirmation when finished.
STOP TEXTS IMMEDIATELY
To stop SMS messages right away, reply STOP to any text from us. You can still submit a deletion request for full removal from our systems.
